Today after getting on the bus at the airport we were handed translated information about Chloe...her routine and such. Thought I would share some of our first glimpses about what our daughter will like:)
-She eats formula six times a day (every four hours). Her formula brand is "Qin Yong".
-She has cookies and bread for snack at 10:30 am. She is fed plain boiled water or Isatis Root water from bottle with snack
-She goes to bed at 8:00 pm and gets up at 6:30 am. She takes one nap from 11:30 am till about 2:00. She wakes one time at night to be fed. She does not need to be brought to the toliet to pee (in China when babies reach a certain age they wear split pants and the caregivers take them to the squatty potty to train them). She sleeps in a crib by herself. She sleeps on her tummy with a light on. She doesn't need to be held to fall asleep.
-She takes a bath every evening. She likes bathing. She is not afraid of the bath and does not cry or get fussy.
-She is a lively and active girl. If she cries or gets fussy you can give her snacks and a toy. She likes the toys that make sounds. We haven't found anything that she is afraid of. She can sit by herself.
-Her rooomate friend is Dang Qing Xin. (I sure hope we get to meet her).
It's so nice to have a better idea of how to care for her. Less than 24 hours now and no more nannies...mama and baba will meet her every need!!! Praise God!!!
